Below are duties to be performed by the individual NCO Council members by next Monday.
Chairman
- COS Quarterly Forecast
- Plan with Vice Chairman and OC on the coming Quarterly Badgework Forecast.
Date of meeting to be selected by Chairman.
Vice Chairman
- Inform Teacher In Charge of the Charge of CCA Leaders
- Find out from Teacher in Charge about how many days in advance and what are the procedures to hold a 3 days 2 nights camp in School premises.
Administration NCO
- Preform Quarterly Particular updates
- Double Check with all existing members on their personal particulars
Finance NCO
- Collection of Squad Fund
- Record of the Squad Fund to be submitted to Captain
Badgework NCO
- Update and double check with Captain and OC Billy/Elkan of the awards date
Preferably a meeting with both Officers to vet through all paperworks. Date to be arranged by NCO.
Drill NCO
